# Micro-enterprise contracts

I am hoping to reach people who have experience of the micro enterprise model, where individuals can use SDS budgets to purchase support from self-employed PA’s. As I understand it, the model is not uniformly implemented across all Scottish local authorities. I’m specifically looking for advice on the contractual arrangements.

Hello,

I was going to ask if anyone has a contract for self-employed support workers. I have been employing staff only on self employed basis. We have a contract, but I feel that it should be updated. Wondering if anyone can help me. We employ 5 support workers —a different one every day. They work 5-6 hours a day. ( during the normal working hours.

I have a slightly more detailed example that was created by a self-employed PA that I can send to you if you want to message me with your email address.
