# Out of date guidance on SDS Scotland website

Hello
It’s great that SDS Scotland has a downloadable copy of the Statutory Guidance, but it is the old version (2014) and should be updated to the new version (2022). See here:

The old version is still in a number of places including the Gov’t website, unfortunately.
