My name is Colleen and I am a community worker for ‘Support Choices’, which is an organisation who works closely with Local Authority, other agencies and the wider community to improve knowledge and accessibility surrounding SDS options.
I’m also a Self-Employed PA with around 10 years experience in SDS. I am a former Social Work Student, and have worked in the Care industry for over 15 years.
I currently support a gentleman to manage his SDS Option1 package and other employees.
