I’ve got a few different spreadsheets on the go to manage rotas, timesheets, holiday taken and accrued, etc. It works, but it’s a bit messy and doesn’t make it easy for anyone to give me a hand when I’m unwell with my condition.
Is anyone using, or aware of, any software or systems to easily do this ‘people management’ side of being a PA employer?
Tbh my payroll guy I pay from our budget does the majority, lets me know how much pro-rata holidays are due for each employee etc. Our budget also goes in the payroll companies managed account too so I just instruct them to pay whatever hrs for whatever employees too. Takes a lot of burden off myself as I then deal with contracts, general rotas etc. Look up Quill Accounts, im sure they cover most areas up here and specialise in sds option 1 employers.
