Sleepover pay rate

Now that the basic rate of pay in social care is £10.90, I’m wondering if this rate also applies to sleepovers?

Hi Allison,

The £10.90 rate applies to all hours worked, whether during the day or overnight. This rate applies to social care workers (including Personal Assistants) supporting adults.
